Tin-plated steel is a versatile material that offers flexibility in design. The crystal ice look of the Twin Lotus Herbaliste Eco-friendly Pack was inspired by the fresh mint of the dental floss. The production process involves drawing out both the top and bottom of the box, forming the ice crystals and the box simultaneously. The result is a visually stunning packaging that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The Twin Lotus Herbaliste Eco-friendly Pack has dimensions of 59.6mm in width, 46.6mm in length, and 22mm in height. Its compact size makes it convenient for everyday use and travel.

The design process for the Twin Lotus Herbaliste Eco-friendly Pack took approximately three months, starting in early winter 2014. The manufacturing process took an additional three months to complete. Currently, the product is being prepared for launch.

Although there was no official research inquiry for this project, the design team gathered insights from the local designer pool and studio members. The waste argument was discovered through brainstorming sessions on previous plastic-based packaging designs. The final design was selected by the client, who shared the team's dedication to sustainability.

The Twin Lotus Herbaliste Eco-friendly Pack faced challenges in convincing the client to adopt a greener packaging choice. The team's dedication to their discovery and the changing awareness for green design in the client's market ultimately led to the adoption of an eco-friendly case. While not the original green packaging concept, the design incorporates recycled paper and single-tone soy ink, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable design.

Winner of the Iron A' Design Award in 2016, the Twin Lotus Herbaliste Eco-friendly Pack is recognized for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach. This award acknowledges the integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
